How long does delivery take?

Depending on the product you purchase and the country you are in, you have the following three logistics times to choose from. At checkout, we will assign you the best logistics method.

  • 3-7 Business Days  
  • 7-15 Business Days  
  • DHL(2-6 business days) (If you choose expedited shipping, you may have to pay additional fees. )

The parcel will be sent out in 1-2 business days once the orders are made. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Asking for forgives for any inconvenience.The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

What countries do you ship to?

We support global delivery.

We cannot deliver to the following areas:

1.Affiliated Islands.

2.Remote regions.

3.PO BOX/APO/FPO Military Address.

4.South African addresses that contain the keywords box, posbus, plot, plaas, Farm, plaas, private bag, privaat sak.

5.Where war/public health event/natural disaster is happening.

6.Other restricted areas.

How will my delivery be shipped?

We will choose the most suitable logistics provider for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Notes:
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.
